1:1 Fitness

The ultimate 1 on 1 training experience. Fitness coaches will walk with you through your fitness journey completely focused on you, your needs and your goals. The trainer will customize your fitness program to move you in the direction of your desired fitness future.

Small Group Training

Small Group Training allows individuals to participate in an organized work out program at a highly reduced rate. Individuals will be able to feed off of each others commitment to fitness as well as receive outstanding fitness coaching. Training times for the small group sessions are scheduled in advance.

 

Body Work

Our resident Stretch Therapist, Sarah Cruikshank of DMV Stretch, possesses a rare combination of talent and skill in many forms of Massage Therapy and Fasical Stretch Therapy (FST).  Sarah can relieve pain and soreness; while increasing your flexibility and mobility.  www.dmvstretch.com
