ATHLETIC DOMINANCE
Athletic Dominance has been the premier sport specific training company in the Washington D.C. metropolitan area for the last 8 years. They have trained the likes of Darnell Dockett (Arizona Cardinals), Brian Westbrook (San Fransico 49ers), Byron Westbrook (Washington Redskins), Ray Rice (Baltimore Ravens), Visanthe Shanicoe (Minnesota Vikings), and numerous other professional athletes.

Athletic Dominance has always returned to the fundamentals of athletics; speed, power, and explosiveness as the root of their training. Mac James and staff prides themselves on training all athletes at the highest level possible, constantly pushing them to reach their next level. They live and breathe their motto "Not Trained just to play, Trained to Dominate". Athletic Dominance and Future of Fitness merged to bring the best fitness training and athletic training under one roof.

All sport specific training is done in a group setting, this is designed to foster the concept of team work in all our athletes. It also reduces the cost so it will maximize the number of times an athlete can see one our coaches.
The menu is broken down into age groups or athletic level and the pricing is based on the number of sessions per month.
Adolescent Dominance (Ages 8 to 12)
• 4 to 6 participants
• 8 session packages (per month)
• Body weight strength & explosion training
• Speed, Agility, & Game Conditioning
• Predetermined Schedule
• 24 hour cancellation policy

High School Dominance (Ages 13 to 18)
• 4 to 6 participants
• 12 session packages (per month)
• Basic and Advance Strength training & explosion work
• Speed, Agility, & Game Conditioning
• Predetermined Schedule
• 24 hour cancellation policy

Collegiate Dominance (Ages 18 & up)
• 4 to 6 participants
• 12 to16 session packages (per month)
• Body weight strength & explosion training
• Speed, Agility, & Game Conditioning
• Predetermined Schedule
• 24 hour cancellation policy

Athletic Dominance (Elite Athletes)
• 4 or more participants
• 16 or sessions package (per month)
• 2 hour workout
• All need training for individuals and group to become dominant
• Predetermined Schedule
• 24 hour cancellation policy
